Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. please include any paper works,documents, diamond,gemstone reports.Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.  For security reasons, do not write KIMFOOK or mention Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box. we will give you further instructions via email
  2. Buyer will pay for all shipping fee and custom duties taxes , we will deduct from the remaining credit

we use 3 layer of  packaging, Outer Box – Gift Box – Jewelery Box with bubble wrap and anti tamper sticker,it’s secure enough for your package . and If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us [email protected],and please take a photo with the courier/shipping expedition for documentation .  Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by KIMFOOK. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within two days (2days) of receipt of your order.

Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase.
