Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. usually around 10-40% import taxes. please ask your local authority for more informations
Common Clearance Fees
Disbursement Fee – In order to expedite customs clearance, the carrier may advance duty and tax charges on the customer’s behalf. A disbursement fee based on the amount advanced will be assessed to the customer when noted in the tables below.
Security Surcharge – Heightened international security requires the carrier to make ongoing investments to meet more stringent international security conditions. A security fee may be imposed.
Warehouse Fee – If your order is unable to be delivered, or duties and taxes are not paid, a warehouse fee may be applied.
Limitations
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.
Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
